mixed feelings about the stay

The location was pretty convenient. A bus stop was right outside the hotel.
The room i got, a superior double room garden view, wasn't great. the tv remote was missing, and no one seemed to care enough to replace it even after i asked twice. the air conditioning barely worked too. It was set to the lowest temperature, yet the room remained stuffy (this made it difficult to sleep).

The pools are a highlight. I loved that the family-friendly rooms offered so much space. The free Wi-Fi was very convenient! The beachfront location provided easy access to the sea. It was lovely to walk there every day.
I did notice that the gym could use a few more weight plates.

The a la carte options are excellent and provide a varied dining experience. There are multiple restaurants available. Guests can select different options. Themed restaurants offer unique atmospheres and cuisines. I enjoyed this.

The hotel is approximately one hour from Rhodes town, which makes day trips easy. Lindos village is even closer. This provides nice options for local exploration. The hotel's situation is convenient for discovering the surrounding area. I found the location perfect.

Staff are friendly and professional. Their attentiveness. The guest advisor was very helpful and were really nice. The warm welcome at check-in set a positive tone. It was a pleasure.

The room included two separate sinks and a walk-in shower. Our suite offered ample room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Daily cleaning kept the space fresh and tidy and the air conditioning was effective. This was a lovely room.
